It will be interesting to hear if any of our readers are lucky or anyone we know is. I have never got anything or anyone I personally know has so be nice to hear of someone getting something.

I have been a long-time (60 years) supporter of Woolworths up to about 2 weeks ago when we had a major dispute regarding a Comprehensive Insurance policy which I believe was a product issued that did not meet with Woolworths' normal advertising policy. That being said, I subsequently decided that I was totally disgusted with it and canceled all my accounts with Woolworths including the policy totaling about $8,000.00 a year. Small stuff I suppose from Woolworths' point of view. So I opened an account with Coles and, to my surprise, got a welcoming discount of $10.00 from my first order after trying to set everything up properly. I wanted just to do a smaller order to test how it all worked and my $125.00 order after discounts and gifts from Coles became just a touch over $100.00. Then came delivery (which was free) and the driver was fantastic. He was polite, smiling, and chatty and his presence was appreciated especially by my excitable dog who made a new friend immediately. The only thing that went wrong was that whoever packed my order at the Wollongong store packed a plastic bottle of bodywash on its side under a drink bottle and a rolled oats bag which caused a severe leak and the bottom of the bag was saturated in bodywash. I think a possible accident but I will take it up with the store later today. So yes, there are gifts to be had.
