Here is a tangy twist on a classic winter warmer
Ingredients
- 1 litre milk
- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 tsp grated navel orange rind
- 1/3 cup navel orange juice
- Whipped cream, to serve
- Chopped Jaffas, to serve
- Chocolate dessert sauce, to drizzle
Method
- Heat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add chocolate, rind and orange juice. Whisk constantly for 5 minutes or until melted.
- Divide milk mixture among four serving glasses. Working quickly, top with cream and Jaffas. Drizzle with chocolate sauce. Dust with cocoa and sprinkle with extra rind. Serve immediately.
