Easy Budget Beef Rissoles

You can't go by a good rissole and these are not just good but budget friendly as well.

Serve with vegetables or salad of choice or on a hamburger bun
If you are cooking for one , then half the recipe and make two meals. One served with vegies and 2nd on a roll or toasted bread with salad

Ingredients​

  • 500 g beef mince
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1 onion grated small
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbs tomato sauce
  • 1 tbs barbecue sauce
  • 1 tbs curry powder
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1 tbs dried mixed herbs

Method​

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix.
  2. Divide mixture into 4 rissoles and pan fry or bbq until cooked around 4 minutes each side

Serve with steamed vegetables of choice or on a bun with salad

I will make these to the EXACT recipe and the buggers will still disintegrate. Just me I suppose!

Try double crumbing and refrigerating for 15 mins or so just to firm them up, they start to crust you should be right?
 
My family love my rissoles, to a kilo of mince l add a cup of rolled oats, as well as the other ingredients mentioned, then dip in egg and panko crumbs
 
When I work out how to do it I will upload my recipe for vegie rolls
 
made these today with pork beautiful not sure about quantities i needed more than 4 so doubled the amounts and ended up with 14
