If this was a maths question one would say 20 hours but this is an SDC riddle so it's not that simple. I think the answer must be:

The wall is already built so it will require no time at all.

20 Hours. Assuming the was has been demolished after being built by the 10 workers and the exact same wall rebuilt by the 5 workers.

if it was a maths question it would be 20hrs but it's not so as the wall has already been built, I would say Zero hours
