Chatime dropped a new range of bubble tea products — and we did not even know about it until viral TikTok videos spread the word.

The popular bubble tea chain first opened its store in Australia in 2009. Now, the brand has seen success operating with 70 stores all over the country and has built a reputation as a staple "treat yo' self" drink for many bubble tea lovers.

The brand’s latest product drop has not only made the drink more accessible to its loyal customers but has also driven Woolworths fans insane over the discovery of the products’ existence on TikTok.

In fact, the products are barely advertised — the launch was not announced, the product was not advertised on the brand’s website, the products basically just showed up on the shelves. Loyal customers took to TikTok to share exciting new finds.

TikTok user @ntheresheeats shared a now-viral TikTok clip yesterday showcasing the new products. Building up over 60,000likes and 9,000 shares, the excitement of the tea-lovers community is evident in the comments.

“OMFG’, ‘we need!!’, ‘NO FRICKEN WAY’, ‘Let’s buy!, ‘RUN TO THE STORE’ are just some of the comments under this video.

Another TikTok user, @sta.nicolaidis, shared a video where she tasted-tested the new kits, trying the Peach and Mango flavours. In the clip, she also showcased the super-easy 3-step assembly of the drink — the iced tea packet, the pearls, ice and water — captioning the clip with her commentary that the drinks were ‘pretty good’.

The video clip has garnered attention on the platform with over 17,000 likes and almost 2,000shares — one of which is the official @chatimeau TikTok account which commented ‘Thanks for sharing Anastasia and happy sipping!! We hope you find them as TEA-licious as we do’

One TikTok user, who’s obviously overly excited over the product, wrote: “I want one so bad”.

Another user added: “I’m so excited over these”.

This flavour is the ‘original’ flavour and is one to look out for if you have not tried bubble tea before.
