When Mum was a stay at home mum!​

I am so grateful for being born in the late 1950's at a time when life was so much better. .

For Mum who was the unsung hero for being a stay at home mum and appreciated very much when her children arrived home from school for the long awaited chat of the day which gave us security and piece of mind going to bed at night. For her routine that was a priority for her sanity with eight children and gave us the certainty of meal times.

Thank you for Dad who was the best father for his clever and talented personality who excelled at work without the credit of a university education but incredible creativity from boyhood. For the fun times before a new baby arrived home for the change of routine

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you to the both of you from a very grateful daughter who has memories of a wonderful bygone era!
