What are some of your best tips for keeping a healthy body, soul, and mind?
Hey, members! Here's a quick update from me. After my mum and my grandmother were plagued with health issues this year, I have been pouring a tremendous effort into switching up my lifestyle to improve my health. Don’t get me wrong, I’m only about a few weeks in, but I am quite proud of myself!
Back then, it used to simply be about looking fit, but now, I’m motivated mainly so I can relish more moments with the people I love. While I never enjoyed working out or dieting, it's so much easier to get into the habit knowing that this time around, I'm taking things slow, and mainly doing this to make my life better.
