Wear designer looks for less with BIG W's latest summer find!

As the summer sun warms the air, wardrobes beg for a refresh with breezy pieces.

For many of us, finding that perfect summer outfit means balancing style, comfort, and affordability.

That's why BIG W's latest fashion offering has set tongues wagging and wallets opening.

The retail giant unveiled a stunning &me Les Agrumes Print Shirt Dress ($30) that's causing quite a stir among shoppers.

The shirt dress bore a striking resemblance to the coveted JAG's Aimee Linen Postcard Dress, retailing for $220.

Dubbed as 'holiday style on a budget with summer's trendy print', the BIG W dress was a celebration of colour and pattern.

It has a refreshing Alemais-esque citrus print and a multi-coloured palette that could turn heads.

The woven viscose/nylon fabric is also ideal on warm days and has a comfortable fit that could be cinched for a defined silhouette.

In contrast, the JAG postcard dress uses 100 per cent linen, a buttoned collar, adjustable rouleau loops, short sleeves, and an exclusive, in-house print.

While the JAG postcard dress offered a more luxurious item, the BIG W version won the hearts and wallets of shoppers.

'The vibrant colours on BIG W's dress are better, but the cut on the Jag is nicer,' one shopper shared.

'I much prefer the print on the BIG W design, but I can't turn down linen,' another wrote.

'It looks like I'm getting both. Sorry, future me.'

BIG W has impressed shoppers with its 'dupe' prowess before.

The store previously launched a $39 version of a famous $4,850 coat, which became an instant hit.

The &me Women's Short Trench Coat ($25) was praised for its affordability and striking resemblance to the Burberry Canvas trench coat.

The coat has two pockets, four large front buttons, shoulder and wrist tabs, and is made with a polyester blend.

Fashion is about expressing oneself and feeling great in one's style. It's also about finding statement pieces without breaking the bank.

BIG W's latest summer dress is a testament that style does not have to come with a hefty price tag.

So, it's time to embrace the summer season with open arms and wardrobes ready for a splash of colour.

Whether you're lounging at home or enjoying the warm Aussie sun, BIG W's $30 dress could be a budget-friendly way to stay stylish and cool.
