The “bullet bra” (it was NOT called that) was what we all wore back in the 50s and 60s! That was how all bras were made. Just watch any movie from that era. You could poke an eye out with those bras <<

At 90, this lady needs to face the truth. As humans age, they tend to cling to the familiar - the known - their normal. A 20 year old in 2025 undoubtedly looks with disdain on the fashions being worn by 90 year olds. And what self-respecting woman under 80 today would comply with her husband's wish that she "show her legs"? Thank goodness for Germaine Greer!

One abhorrent fashion trend that disgusts me is the proclivity for baring your bottom in public. What's wrong with a swimsuit that covers your private parts (and to my mind that includes your bum). I'd rather not see anyone's bare bum at the beach, or worse, prancing around anywhere else.

Not just a husband’s wish that one shows her legs - these days it’s more than showing one’s legs. The younger generation now don’t need a husband to suggest they show their legs - they show off way more than legs. No self respect.
