Woolies at times acts just like a government. In one hand and out of the other.
These discounts are great but for woolies to be able to do this, the price of other things go up. For example: Chris's dips right now are on special 2 for $7.50. Last fortnight they were on special 2 for $7.00.
Am sure there are also other woolies items that have gone up in price to compensate the discounts they offer.

Those prices should be made permanent and Woolies would still make a profit!

Must be loosening customer hand over fist I only go there as a last resort Aldi first Coles second Woolworths last because they are a rip off simple

And a Price Hike on 1,000 other items in store.

Consider this a jar of Cottee's Jam 500 grams was $3.00 and a jar of Cottee's Jam 375 grams $2.75. Yep.

I actually saw a FB post about this on Markdown Addicts and did a big shop today at Woollies and saw a small pile of the Strawberry jars 500 grams for $3.00 and so I purchased one. I thought I can make a few baked treats with the jam. Sure enough the spread section only had the 375 grams for $2.75.
