Ingredients:

150g (1/2 cup) cheese and chives dip

2 pieces wholemeal lavash bread

1 carrot, peeled, coarsely grated

60g (1 cup) alfalfa and broccoli sprouts



Instructions:

1. Spread a layer of cheese and chives dip over lavash bread.

2. Sprinkle the carrots, alfalfa, and broccoli sprouts on top of the dip.

3. Starting from one narrow end, roll the bread up firmly to form a log.

4. Cut each roll crossways into four equally-sized portions.

5. Serve. Enjoy.

Optional Ways to Make it Extra Special

1. Add some toasted sesame seeds or chopped nuts to your filling for extra crunch.

3. If you want a more substantial meal, add some cooked quinoa or brown rice to your veggie lavash spirals.
