No matter what Greek Island you visit or what Greek Restaurant you go to Tzatziki will be served in one way or another.
I serve this with Fritters, I add it to a chicken Wrap or just serve in a bowl for people to help themselves too.
I will heat pitta bread by brushing with a mixture of olive oil, oregano and lemon juice then cut using scissors into triangles. I then spread tzatziki onto it sooo yummy

Ingredients
2 cups strained Greek yoghurt
1 grated cucumber (seeds removed and juices squeezed out)
2 cloves grated garlic
Juice of 1/2 lemon
A drizzle of olive oil
Salt to taste
Method
1. Combine all ingredients and adjust to your preference.
Note: flavours in the tzatziki become much stronger as they sit.
