Tweets That Make Us Realise We Should Leave The Naming Business To Kids

You know what they say, kids are just tiny drunk adults. And most of the time, they’re right!

Here are some hilarious tweets of parents sharing what sort of names their kids come up with. Honestly, we think they’re so much better than the real deal. Enjoy!

Have you experienced your grandkid giving something a unique name? Share with us down in the comments below!

My daughter (adult now) used to call her neck her chimney. She could never say' 'upside down' but always 'up down side'. Her eldest daughter called the tall headstones at the cemetery 'candles'.

I used to call vegemite, mong (don't ask me!!). My daughter used to ask if I was going to the chiporactor!

Apparently I used to call the kitchen the chicken.

My twin granddaughters use to call water 'glug glug glug' as that was the sound the bath made when the water emptied out. My eldest daughter who's now 42 called all water 'bath' and referred to hamburgers as hamburglers.

When my son was about 3-4, we were on our way up the coast for a holiday and he was pleased to tell everyone that we were on Hobble days. From tha time on, we never went on holidays; we always went on hobble days..

I think we all know that closed bathroom doors mean nothing to a two year old. I was just stepping into the shower one day when my grandson decided he couldn’t survive without my company a minute longer, so he came to see what I was doing. I have a skintag on my left breast which he hadn’t seen before. He studied it minutely, then said: ‘Why you got that on your elbow?’
