Transwest bus stops

I arrived back home in WA a week and a half ago after 5 years in the Netherlands. My stay was extended by Covid. I am catching buses and trains because I don’t feel secure enough to get back in a car and drive as I haven’t driven in all that time. One thing stands out here compared to there – in Perth the buses do not indicate the name of the next stop. However, the CAT buses do. In the Netherlands, an electronic board contains the name of the next bus stop. This information is also given in a voice message over as well. I am finding public transport stressful as I spend the entire trip trying to figure out when to press the bell instead of enjoying the bus ride. If Transwest would add this feature to their buses it would also be useful for tourists.

I would love to hear about other experiences?
