Traditional Greek Salad

An authentic Greek Salad is made up of plump red tomatoes, red onions , cucumber s and fetta
Can be eaten alone with some crusty bread or as a side dish
I make this at least 4 times aweek
Ingredients:
4 x ripe tomatoes
cut into small wedges
2 x Lebanese cucumbers
sliced thinly
1 x large red onion cut in half then thinly sliced
150g of fetta I use Lemnos fetta
2 tablespoons of Kalamatta olives
2 tablespoons if olive oil
Method
Cut tomatoes into small wedges
Peel cucumber you can leave skin on I like to peel it, then thinly slice
Cut onion in half then thinly slice

Cut fetta into small cubes
Add All Ingredients into a bowl. Drizzle oil over
Add salt n pepper to taste and optional you can sprinkle a little dry oregano on top
This is a traditional Greek salad
