The 'hidden' luxury beauty store that NOBODY knows about: "I never knew it existed!"

Did you know Chemist Warehouse has a 'secret' store where you can buy luxury designer brands like Lancome, Diptyque, Le Labo, and Olaplex at rock-bottom prices? A lot of people didn't!
But now that beauty shoppers have recently discovered this hidden luxury beauty corner inside Chemist stores, they can't stop talking about it on social media.
Ultra Beauty operates nine stores in Victoria, South Australia, and, most recently, New South Wales, all of which are hidden inside Chemist Warehouse stores.
Unlike its sister store, which specialises in the sale of inexpensive goods, Ultra caters to customers who are looking for high-end goods from prestigious brands such as Gucci, Chanel, Diptyque, and Olaplex. Of course, without the eye-rolling price tags that other retailers put on their products.
Ultra Beauty was made in 2018 with the help of Chemist Warehouse, and the first store opened at the Paramount Centre on Bourke Street in Melbourne.
Since then, eight additional stores have opened alongside the online company, including in Sydney's Chadstone and Edgecliff, with a plan to open another 15 in the future.

Mario Tascone, Chemist Warehouse's chief operating officer, announced in 2019 that the Ultra Beauty store-within-a-store would be a new location for the distribution of exclusive luxury fragrance and beauty products in Chemist locations.
Already in the lineup are brands like YSL, Lancome, Ralph Lauren, Armani, and Paco Rabanne, as well as Bumble and Bumble, Elizabeth Arden, GHD, and Nak.
The layout is similar to that of a Sephora or Mecca store, with different brands at different counters and places to try on lipsticks and foundations.
"When it comes to luxury fragrances, we understand and respect that certain brands need to be displayed and sold in an environment that reflects the luxury into which they were born," said Mr Tascone in an interview with Business Daily.
According to Anthony Pecora, brand manager at Ultra Beauty, the "shop in shop" concept was created to give Australians the "opportunity to shop premium in an environment that makes them comfortable."
"We are your destination for premium beauty, whenever and wherever you want to shop, whether you're coming back from yoga, the beach, or just popping into the supermarket," he told news.com.au.
"We like to bring Australians all of their favourite brands and products that fit a variety of budgets. We make every Australian feel special."

Many beauty fans who have discovered the new Edgecliffe store, which is located down a set of easy-to-miss stairs at Eastpoint Food Fair, have described it as a "hidden gem."
One shopper even admitted that she never knew Chemist Warehouse had even launched a new beauty brand. "I never knew it existed," she said.
"But now, you all do. And I urge you to go have a look for yourselves," she continued. "The makeup stands are so easy to navigate!"
