Do your dietary requirements (or weight loss goals) ever make you think twice about indulging in some fast food treats?
Brisbane fitness trainer Bec Hardgrave has revealed yet another one of her "fakeaway" recipes, making a healthier version of a popular treat.
In one of her latest TikTok videos, the fitness coach revealed her recipe for making a healthier version of Macca's Oreo McFlurry.
Bec claims that her version only contains 205 calories per serving — 125 calories less than the original version.
So for those of us who are looking to cut down on some calories but still satisfy a sweet tooth, we recommend checking this one out.
And the best part about this hack is that you won't be breaking your piggy bank to try making it because you'll only be needing three ingredients!

In the video, the fitness coach says that you need to scoop 100g of "no sugar added" vanilla ice cream and place it in a cup.
Bec uses Peter's brand ice cream which retails for $7.60 per tub, but you can probably find cheaper options that would taste just as good.
“It makes it such a nice fluffy soft-serve consistency,” Bec explains.
Next, she adds two tablespoons (or approximately 10 grams) of protein powder in the mix, which has about 33 calories per 10 g served.
For those of you who don’t have protein powder, the fitness coach said that you can use icing sugar as an alternative, noting that one teaspoon of the sweetener only contains 16 calories.
However, please keep in mind that protein powder and icing sugar don't have the same health benefits. So, if you have dietary requirements that prohibit you from consuming too much sugar, you might want to consider skipping this step.
Lastly, Bec crushes one Oreo cookie into the mixture, giving it the classic look and taste of the McDonald's dessert.

One person said: “This looks so good. Will be trying this for sure!”
“Yummmmm looks so good!” another wrote.
A third quipped: “Oh my god I’m trying this asap thank you.”
