The brick barby

We had a brick barby in our first Australian home. Boy did that get some use when our boys were young - so many parties. One I particularly remember was a Halloween party for their friends and parents. Everyone brought meat for my husband to cook but he for the life of him couldn’t get the fire working enough to cook. By the time he did most had gone home so we rang everyone to come back the following day for lunch. Luckily everything was good for Halloween part two.
