Here, There and Everywhere?
The a Problem With the Migratory Bird

According to the Knight-Rider News Service, the inscription on the metal bands used by the
U.S. Department of the Interior to tag migratory birds has been changed.

The bands used to bear the address of the Washington Biological Survey,
abbreviated, "Wash. Biol. Surv".

Until the agency received the following letter from an Arkansas camper:

"Dear Sirs: While camping last week I shot one of your birds. I think it was a crow.
I followed the cooking instructions on the leg tag and I want to tell you it was horrible."

Reminds me of an old classic Twilight Zone episode called "To Serve Man". Story of an alien race called the Kanamits (?) who gave a book to mankind, thinking it was going to solve the Earth's woes.

It was actually a cookbook....

I think I need serious help....

If I remember correctly, the way to cook crow was to boil it with a rock then you threw away the crow and ate the rock?.
It was in the old mining days when food was scarce and the birds were so prolific and there was no regular food to eat. They were nearly obliterated due to it but then the govt of the day stepped in and they are now protected by law.😍just abit of useless info.have a nice cawing day.🎅
