Teriyaki Beef Stir-fry

I love Stir-fry and this one is no exception.
Easy and on the table in 20 minutes
Prep + cook time 20 minutes
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup housing sauce
2 tablespoons Mirin
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
750g beef strips
250g broccoli cut into small florets
250g snap peas, trimmed
115g fresh baby Coen,halved lengthways
1 teaspoon finely grated ginger
1 1/2 (120g) cups bean sprouts
METHOD
1. Combine sauces and mirin in a small jug.
2. Geat half the oil in a wok or large frypan over high heat. Stir-fry beef in batches. Until browned. Remove from pan.
3. Heat remaining oil in pan; Stir-fry broccoli until almost tender
4. Return beef to pan with sauce mixture, peas,corn and ginger. Stir-fry until vegetables are cooked. Remove from geat; sprinkle with sprouts.
Serve with steamed white rice or thick rice noodles
