Today a friend received a letter from “Telstra” that had her full name in the letter saying we’ve been trying to contact you, please call us with a phone number supplied.Friend is a sceptic so rang Telstra direct only to be informed it’s a fake with someone trying to steal her information. Please share to make others aware of this, it is a pretty good fake!!60271199_10156322169627285_1329634055645298688_n.jpg

learn the logos and details of envelopes that come from companies. learn the email addresses too and hover on them without opening them (the address of the email sender) to check the address if possible before opening. If something doesn't look right or the subject is off looking don't open it and ring the company if need be.

Accept for my yearly ones all my bills are paid by direct debit, so if I see anything related to them I just delete the article, the bank always say they will never ask for any information regarding personal information, every morning I check my bank account and record in an exercise book all debits and credits so I can keep an eye on things, thank goodness for Direct Debits
