Super easy passion fruit jelly slice

This super-simple passionfruit jelly slice is a delicious and quick idea for dessert!-

Ingredients​

  • 440g lemon cake mix
  • 85g passionfruit jelly crystals
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 500ml thickened cream
  • 60g butter
  • 250ml boiling water

Method​

  1. Preheat oven to 180C. Line a baking tin with baking paper. Make cake according to packet instructions. Bake at for 45 minutes. Cool.
  2. In a small glass bowl, mix jelly crystals with boiling water. Stir gently. Chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Add cream to cooled jelly. Beat until well combined.
  4. Spread jelly cream mixture over the cooled cake. Smooth. Chill for 1 hour. Slice into squares and serve.
