Super easy passion fruit jelly slice
This super-simple passionfruit jelly slice is a delicious and quick idea for dessert!-
Ingredients
- 440g lemon cake mix
- 85g passionfruit jelly crystals
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 500ml thickened cream
- 60g butter
- 250ml boiling water
Method
- Preheat oven to 180C. Line a baking tin with baking paper. Make cake according to packet instructions. Bake at for 45 minutes. Cool.
- In a small glass bowl, mix jelly crystals with boiling water. Stir gently. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Add cream to cooled jelly. Beat until well combined.
- Spread jelly cream mixture over the cooled cake. Smooth. Chill for 1 hour. Slice into squares and serve.
