Sunrise mainstay shares a sweet life update in his latest photo!

When it comes to tying the knot, some couples opt for traditional church weddings, while others prefer beachside vows.

On the flip side, some want something truly unique.

A Sunrise presenter's recent milestone offered a sneak peek into a new season in his life.

Sunrise weatherman James Tobin and his partner, Farrah, revealed that they had exchanged their vows as husband and wife.

The intimate ceremony, which happened over the weekend, was set in the Junee Licorice and Chocolate Factory in Riverina.

It was a delightful affair which showcased the couple's personality and uniqueness.

The venue, famous for its charming rural backdrop and delicious confections, transformed into a whimsical space for the couple's special day.

For the wedding, the Weekend Sunrise presenter chose a modern cream suit paired with a crisp blue shirt and tie.

The suit was complemented by tan loafers and a stylish boutonniere—matching the venue's rustic charm.

The bride, Farrah, radiated elegance in a glamorous white, beaded gown.

The gown came with a contemporary, above-the-knee cut and was sleeveless, which let her move comfortably throughout the day.

Her raven hair was also pulled back into a ponytail under a veil, which doubled as a train.

The couple's friends took to social media to share glimpses of the occasion and captured the happiness that filled the venue.

After the ceremony, guests were treated to a long lunch, where they indulged in the factory's sweet offerings along with the newlyweds.

The evening went on with merriment as the venue transformed into a dance floor.

In a delightful twist on tradition, James and Farrah opted for a 'smash cake', which they broke into—symbolising the start of their sweet journey together.

James and Farrah's love story has spanned distances and busy schedules.

Tobin previously shared about their engagement last October.

'For those who don't know Farrah, she's a ray of sunshine in this world,' James wrote in a post.

'She's brilliant and beautiful, funny and clever, a kind heart who saves lives and runs ultra-marathons in her spare time.'

'The last couple of years of our relationship have been long distances, while Farrah has been in Perth completing a fellowship in interventional cardiology. I couldn't be prouder of her,' he added.

As they begin the next chapter of their lives, the couple are looking forward to building a future together.

James Tobin's wedding reminds us that love knows no bounds, and the perfect wedding venue is wherever your heart feels at home.
