Here are the ingredients you need:

1. 400g of skinless and boneless salmon fillets, cut into 4cm pieces
2. 185ml of soy, honey and garlic marinade
3. Two 400g packets of fresh Singapore noodles
4. A bunch broccolini, stems thickly sliced diagonally, larger tops chopped
5. Two limes, one juiced, one cut into wedges

Begin by tossing the salmon in the marinade to coat, an essential step to making sure your salmon is packed with exquisite taste. While the salmon is marinating, prepare the noodles following the packet directions.

heat a large deep frying pan or wok with a light spray of oil over medium-high heat. Add the broccolini stems and stir-fry for a minute, followed by the tops. Transfer them to a plate and set aside.

Now, it's time to cook the star of the show – the sticky salmon! Give the pan another oil spray and stir-fry the salmon for 4-5 minutes or until lightly browned and cooked through.

Add two tbs of water to the pan and mix thoroughly to loosen any cooked-on marinade. Add the noodles, broccolini, lime juice, and the remaining marinade. Toss the ingredients to combine before dividing the noodle mixture among serving bowls. Top each one with the sticky salmon. Serve with the lime wedges to squeeze over. Enjoy!

I often cook something similar, Sethia, but I marinade and then cook the whole fillet wrapped in foil. It has the flavours but not the sticky feel & being wrapped it gives off a bit of liquid from the salmon; we have it with vegetables on the side or just mashed potato & tomato wedges. I have a packet of Hokkein noodles which I might try with your recipe and cut the salmon up and cook them in a frying pan for the stickiness. Thanks for your recipe. By the way, I buy 7 salmon fillets in one sealed packet from Aldi for about $28 ($4 per fillet).
