Sticky Baked Chicken

Who can resist oven-baked sticky chicken? It’s so easy and versatile, as the
combination of a few staple pantry ingredients come together to produce a
delicious, finger-licking dish that will have everyone coming back for seconds.

Ingredients:

1kg chicken pieces (breasts, thighs or drumsticks, bone in)
5 tbsp tomato sauce
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
2 tbsp runny honey
2 tsp crushed garlic

Method:

• Place the chicken evenly in a greased ovenproof dish.
• Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl, then pour over the chicken
• Cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least half an hour.
• When ready to cook, preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 40-45 minutes
or until the chicken juices run clear.
• Cover with tin foil if the marinade starts to burn during cooking.
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 5 minutes, plus marinating time (30+ minutes)
Cooking Time: 40-45 minutes, plus oven preheating time.

That looks so good, better than take-away chicken - i bet it tastes great-I am sure people would be coming back for seconds!

Looks so good I think I will try the marinade on my pork ribs just to try & as I hate garlic I will add a small amount of tabasco sauce I will do it for the weekend & let you know how it works on Monday!

Perfect , my family love garlic I hate it that's why I don't eat much of my cooking although some things you can't taste it . This marinade will work perfect with pork .
