Star friendship ring back in the day.

I met my husband on February 02/02/1974, I was 17 and he was 21 at end of the month, blind date to Luna Park.
In April of same year he gave me the stars friendship ring, found out later he had to borrow the money from his mate and the girlfriend told me beforehand, I still acted surprised.
Still have my ring, but cant wear it due to the small size.
50 years on, we are still together, 47 years married end of the year.
That ring was such a momentous gift back then, it was the start of “ maybe” this is a beginning to where my life was heading, gave me confidence and a life from the unhappiness at home.
Every now and then, I see that little ring and all the memories come flooding back to how far we have come through the ups and downs of life.
