Someones at the door​

Oh, little kids. I've embarrassed my mum way too many times as well back when I was young.

Just a few days ago, she told me that she used to always rant to little me about how ugly our neighbour's home decor was (as she hated them but I was friends with the kid next door).

Until one day (at the time), she heard a commotion outside and saw me quarrelling with the neighbour's kid. All she heard was:

"OUR HOUSE IS NOT UGLY!"

To which little me responded: "YES IT IS, MY MUM TOLD ME SO!"

She said she was horrified
