1. White chocolate Oreo cheesecake

"This white chocolate and oreo cheesecake is one of the most amazing cheesecakes that I've ever made," she says.

For the base, Eloise places 290 g (or about 26) Oreo biscuits into a food processor before crashing them into a powder.

Next, she puts the crushed Oreos into a bowl and pours some melted unsalted butter into it.

Then she places the "dough" into an 8x8 cake baking pan with parchment paper lined onto it before pressing the dough down to form the base.

For the cream cheese filling, Eloise microwaves 250 g of white chocolate for 30 seconds and sets it aside to cool.

Next, she whisks 350ml double cream until some stiff peaks form before setting it aside.

Then she puts 500g of cream cheese into a bowl before adding some icing sugar into it and whisking the mixture until it's well combined.

Once the cream cheese mixture is ready, she pours the melted white chocolate and whisks it until it is well combined.

Eloise then pours the whisked double cream into the mixture and folds it in using a spatula.

After the mixture becomes well-combined, she pours it on top of the base and smoothes it out using a spoon before placing it in the fridge to refrigerate overnight.

Now, for the toppings, Eloise microwaves white chocolate and double cream for 30 seconds or until the chocolate is almost melted.

The social media user then lets it cool for 15 minutes before pouring it over the cheesecake.

For garnish, Eloise chopped 8 Oreo biscuits into halves before placing them around the cake.

The post gained traction on Instagram, amassing more than 1.04 million likes and thousands of comments from users who are keen on trying the dessert themselves.

2. 3-ingredient Oreo ice cream

The simple recipe only requires three easily accessible ingredients — Oreo biscuits, condensed milk, and double cream.

In her tutorial, Eloise places 250 g of Oreo biscuits into a resealable bag before crushing them using a rolling pin.

Next, she pours the condensed milk and double cream into a bowl.

The social media user then whisks the wet ingredients using a hand mixer until soft peaks start to form.

Once the mixture reaches the desired consistency, Eloise adds in the crushed Oreo biscuits into the mixture and folds it in using a spatula.

It should be noted, however, that you should save at least 50 g of the crushed Oreos so you can add them later for toppings.

Eloise then pours the mixture into a loaf tin — 8.5" x 5" as per her suggestion.

Finally, she tops it with some of the crushed Oreo biscuits before freezing it.

Eloise notes that you should freeze it for at least 6 hours before serving.

3. 5-Ingredient Gooey Chocolate Mug Cake

Are you looking for a dessert that you can easily make in under 5 minutes?

We've got you covered!

Eloise's Gooey Chocolate Mug Cake only requires easily-accessible ingredients such as melted salted butter, granulated sugar, plain flour, cocoa powder, and one large egg.

The social media user describes this simple dessert as "super rich and chocolate-y" with an added twist — the treat can be prepared in less than 5 minutes!

So, how exactly is this dessert made?

Eloise reveals that all you need to do is to mix all the dry ingredients along with the salted butter until they are well-combined.

It should be noted, however, that the plain flour should be heat-treated before using it in this recipe.

For those who are curious how to prepare a heat-treated flour, all you need to do is to microwave some plain flour for 1 minute and 20 seconds and to stir it regularly before setting it aside to cool.

Next, she lightly beats 1 large egg, pours it into the mixture, and mixes it until it is integrated with the mixture.

Eloise then pours the mixture into 2 ramekins — small mugs can also be used as an alternative — before popping it into the microwave on a lower setting for 1 minute.

Eloise says that you can serve it straight from the mug or pour it on a plate before serving.

4. Mini Cinnamon Roll Cheesecakes

Eloise starts preparing the base by placing 150 g digestive biscuits inside a food processor and crushing them until they're fine.

Next, she places the crushed biscuits in a bowl before adding 75g of melted unsalted butter and mixes them until the ingredients are well-corporated.

She then scoops the mixture and places it in cupcake cups, pressing them firmly to form the base.

Once the base is prepared, she moves on to prepare the cheesecake mixture.

In a bowl, Eloise whisks 250 ml of cold double cream until soft peaks form.

Then, in a separate bowl, she combines cream cheese, icing sugar, and cinnamon and whisks them until they are well-combined.

The whipped cream is then folded into the cream cheese mixture until the two wet ingredients are mixed.

Eloise then scoops the cream cheese mixture and places them on top of each base before smoothing them out with a spoon.

For the toppings, she mixes granulated sugar with cinnamon and sprinkles them on top of the cupcakes.

Eloise also prepares cream cheese icing to decorate the cupcakes by mixing softened unsalted butter, cream cheese, and icing sugar before pouring them into a pipe and drawing swirls of icing on top of the cupcakes.

Finally, she refrigerates the cupcakes for 3 hours before serving them.

She noted in her post that you can store the treats in the fridge for up to 4 days.

The simple no-bake recipe has gone viral on Instagram, amassing more than 1.15 million likes and thousands of comments from enthusiastic users who expressed their excitement over trying the recipe themselves.
