Let's be honest, a lot of us don't buy magazines anymore, especially since most of the reading materials — news, feature articles, and a lot more — can now be found online (like how the SDC team "delivers" newsies to you everyday).

So, if you have old magazine holders, you might want to consider repurposing like the one in the TikTok video above.

The magazine holders can be used to organise cartons of foil and Tupperware lids. Not only is it convenient, but it looks much neater!

I like the idea of the magnetic spice jars - not only will it help my husband (the chef) keep track of where his spice jars are, but I'll also get rid of the unsightly jumble that has been breeding on the fridge door! Hmmm ... or screw a square of stainless steel on the pantry cupboard door as that is wasted space.

Off topic, but something that I'm curious about. In the article @Sean wrote, 'A draw full of pots and pans — similar to the one shown in the video — is a common sight in almost every household around the globe.'

I've only ever seen draw (instead of drawer) being used in Australia. Can the club members please enlighten me whether this is regarded as standard Australian English? Or is it an individual thing?

Draw is actually the correct term, but most of us nowadays say drawer. It’s an example of how language is constantly changing.

Regarding the correct name please see below:
The word drawer is often spelled incorrectly as draw. As a noun, draw chiefly means ‘an act of selecting names randomly to decide winners’ or ‘an even score at the conclusion of a game’, whereas drawer mainly means ‘a sliding storage compartment’

I fully agree, @Just4me, I think @Thecheesequeen inadvertently swapped the two words.
