Solar Battery​

I am having trouble with my Tesla Powerwall 2(solar battery) and Gateway 2 (computer operating the system). The system stopped operating since December 2024.Installer and Tesla were notified but had problems getting the required parts from USA.Anyone having similar problem like mine,I would like to know how to fast track the process.
I suggest that anyone thinking of installing a solar battery should stay well clear of Tesla because of the very poor customer support and service.I was given a job No.and still waiting for the replacement.(My system is under warranty for 10 years,what’s the use if you cannot get parts and services).In the meantime I am using power from the grid every evening and not from my battery.
