So easy Mango sorbet

Three-Ingredient Mango Sorbet

Prep Time: 5 mins
Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins

Ingredients:
- 4 cups frozen mango chunks
- 3 tablespoons pure maple or agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Directions:

1. Place the frozen mango chunks in a food processor and let them sit for 5 minutes to soften slightly.
2. Add the maple syrup, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of water. Process until the mixture is smooth and thick, scraping down the sides as needed. If the sorbet is too thick, add up to 1 more tablespoon of water. This should take about 2 minutes.
3. Transfer the sorbet to a resealable container and freeze until firm, for at least 1 hour or up to 1 month.

Notes:
Before serving, let the sorbet sit at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes. Warm an ice cream scoop under hot water, wipe it dry, and then scoop the sorbet.
