When I was living at home I always sang in the shower. Some years after I left, the lady next door was talking to my Mum and said she missed my singing in the shower, especially my version of Louis Armstrong doing Mack the Knife.

On the subject...
When my kids were young teens and would argue or play up while grocery hopping, I used to threaten to start singing (which I actually did - once only, when they didn't believe me) if they did not stop... it ALWAYS worked!

I always refer to a group of usually senior citizens discussing their health concerns as an organ recital. Every time I go to the doctor I am told I have something else wrong with me. This provides me with an opportunity to increase my resume.

When my kids were young teenagers I used to sing and dance in the kitchen and they thought it was so funny they used to stand in the doorway and laugh their heads off!
