The Spot Cleaner's water spray helps pretreat stains before its strong suction pulls up dirt and grime. A scrubbing brush aids in lifting pesky stuck-on messes.
It is a good and cheaper alternative to Bissell Spot Clean Carpet Washer, which could cost shoppers $269.
A social media user with the username @jenjoojoo claimed she watched numerous videos comparing the two, and she was eventually convinced to buy the Kmart item.
‘The video won me over, so I went and got it. I think the only difference is the Kmart nozzle is smaller,’ she shared.
She made a video demonstrating how she used her new cleaner from Kmart to clean her car seats.

Many of her followers were impressed with the Spot Cleaner and are eager to purchase one. However, they weren’t able to get one in-store or online.
‘That’s if you can get a hold of it. Been waiting nearly a month for it to come in stock again. Our couch needs a clean,’ someone said.

According to a Kmart spokesperson, the Spot Cleaner was restocked last week.
‘With features including a water spray function, scrubbing brush, and vacuum head designed specifically for pet hair— it’s never been easier for our customers to clean their upholstery and carpets,’ they said.
The cleaner received overwhelming positive reviews from customers who purchased it.
One customer shared: ‘Purchased one after watching an online review of a lady cleaning her couch. Wasn't disappointed. The colour of my dirty water says it all. My couch looked clean but definitely wasn't. So easy to operate. I have been using a Bissell carpet cleaning liquid, and works well. 100% recommend.’
‘I literally love it. I’ve used it on the carpet, couch and in my car and it’s been so good!! So satisfying to use too!’ another shopper wrote.
Aside from couches and car seats, the Spot Cleaner can be used to clean rugs, mats and even mattresses.
