Question 7: What is the title given to the head of state in Australia?

This question came up a long time ago and the answer then, and still is, wrong.

Firstly, Elizabeth II, in case you haven’t caught up yet, died over 2 years ago.

Secondly, according to the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs web site, the King is head of state as per this quote from their web site:-

1.1 Head of State and Governor-General

Australia's Head of State is the King of Australia, His Majesty King Charles III. Under the Australian Constitution, executive power is exercised by the Governor‑General as the King's representative. The Governor-General is appointed by the King on the advice of the Prime Minister of Australia. The Prime Minister is Head of Government.
