Aussies can now book their domestic holidays for very low prices thanks to Virgin Australia’s newest offer! The airline has just launched a huge nationwide airfares sale—but it’s only for 72 hours!

Travellers can score one-way economy tickets for under $100 when they book with Virgin Australia before midnight on October 26.
Tickets for flights from Brisbane to Proserpine or Sydney to Launceston are available from $86, while travellers who plan to fly from Brisbane to Newcastle can score tickets as low as $95.
Thinking of sandy beaches, rolling waves and an abundance of delicious seafood? Flights from Melbourne to the Sunshine Coast are available for as low as $125, and tickets from Sydney to Hamilton Island are on sale for $126.
Cross-country trips are also included in the sale—with flights from Brisbane to Perth and from Perth to Sydney on sale starting from $239. What a great opportunity for visiting families and friends!
The sale is only available for flights to select destinations, and the travel dates are between January 2024 and June 20, 2024.
Virgin Australia stated: 'Amid the rising cost of living, the sale will give Australians more opportunity to fly next time they choose to travel to connect with friends and family, do business, or go on that much-needed end-of-year or new year holiday.’
And if you’re a member of Virgin’s Velocity Frequent Flyer Loyalty program, you’ll be eligible to get double your Status Credits for a limited time.
However, it was said that members who fly from December 31, 2023, will only get the Double Status Credits.
‘The much-anticipated Velocity double Status Credits offer will help the loyalty program’s almost 12 million members climb the status ranks faster,’ the airline said.
They continued: ‘Flying with Gold or Platinum Status comes with a range of perks, including Lounge access, priority boarding, seat selection and higher checked baggage allowances.’
