Ingredients
- 2 egg lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 95 g canned salmon
- 1/2 cup parmesan grated
- 2 sheets ready rolled puff pastry
Method
- Step 1
Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan-forced. Grease two 12 hole patty tins. - Step 2
Cut 18 rounds from puff pastry sheets using a 7 cm cutter. - Step 3
Press pastry rounds gently into prepared patty tins. - Step 4
Lightly beat egg and sour cream together. - Step 5
Stir in salmon and cheese. - Step 6
Spoon salmon mixture evenly onto pastry. - Step 7
Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until puffed and browned.
