Safer Days?

I miss the innocence of the 50’s and 60’s. We never locked our doors, we left keys in the car sometime. The carefree days of riding our bikes in the street, or an impromptu game of cricket. What I loved most when the nights were hot, was being able to sleep outside on verandahs etc. and taking it for granted that we would be safe.
