Riddle me this!​

Hoping this riddle has not already been used!

If the tide along part of the coast comes in at 3 feet per hour..
And a boat is at anchor there with a rope ladder that is 18 feet long with rungs 3 feet apart..

How long will it be till the bottom 3 rungs are submerged?


Answer
Never. the boat would rise with the tide!
