The number is 6 .... here's why (breaking it down)

Less than a score (which is ten)
1/2 that number is less than 4 (either 1, 2 or 3)
Add 1 to my double when baker's are near (Baker's No is 13)
Days of the week (7) are still greater
Therefore the ONLY correct answer lies with the Baker's Dozen (13) must be 6 (6 divided by 2 = 3 x 2 =6 + 1 = 13 - 7 = 6)
