Princess Diana

This was an event where you remember where you were, what you were doing at the time the news came through that the People’s Princess Diana was dead…. 25 years ago today.
I was on the Nullabor Highway heading west. The car radio was on and the story came across. I said what a sick joke. Then realised it was the truth. It had just happened. I’m not a royalist as such but had a very soft spot for Diana.
When I went to Paris a few years later I visited her memorial and laid flowers. The tears flowed freely.

Completely agree. I also have a soft spot for Princess Diana... I think she deserved way better. Here's to celebrating here life and wonderful soul.
