Prince William is ready to fight back if Prince Harry's tell-all series makes any false accusations about the royal family

After the bombshell trailer for Prince Harry and Meghan's upcoming Netflix tell-all was released, many were left wondering what shocking revelations will be made about the Royal Family.

But when the trailer featured a clip of Princess Catherine (also known as Kate Middleton), her husband Prince William chose to abandon their usual approach of remaining silent.

The six-part series, simply titled 'Harry & Meghan', is set to be released on December 8th and will offer viewers a rare glimpse into the couple's lives since stepping down from their senior royal duties back in early 2020.

Reports surfaced that the Prince and the Princess of Wales are gearing up to ‘fight back’ over the expected bombshells in the upcoming Netflix tell-all show,

A palace insider alleged that the royal family has a plan on how to respond to the couple’s alleged lies and false claims if the need arises.

They added that being dragged down by another public relations battle isn’t 'particularly appealing' for the Royal Family and while the Prince and Princess of Wales and their team are not aware of the contents of the docu-series, the inclusion of Kate's image in the trailer signalled Meghan and Harry's 'declaration of war'.

'The group is carefully watching the new project and will respond accordingly if the stories are misconstrued,' the source said.

'The only direction at this point is that the direction of travel is clear. The Prince and Princesses’ team will wait to see what’s in the series before deciding on the next move.'

The source also pointed out that while Prince William has largely followed the royal family's historic approach of 'never complain, never explain', the strategic timing of the release of the docu-series — which was announced to be just a few hours after he arrived in the USA — prompted the Duke of Wales to have no issues with telling his brother to 'back off' if there are any 'highly misleading and false allegations'.

It was also reported that Prince William and Kate's team saw the release date as a form of sabotage for the couple.

The reports also claimed that King Charles, Prince William, and other members of the Royal Family are having a crisis conference to respond to any false accusations in the six-part series.

The palace insider shared: 'If there is a need to respond to anything in the upcoming series then you can be assured that response will be swift and robust.'

'There is a completely united front from the King and his family concerning the numerous attempts to privately make peace with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.'

'Which sadly have once again resulted in the other side wishing to air their repeated grievances to the world.'

Additionally, the insider stated that the Royal Family will not take time to respond to any false information about them similar to how they replied to the Sussexes' first media tell-all with Oprah Winfrey in March 2021 which saw the Royal Family release a statement two days after the interview aired on TV. Instead, the Royal Family will be taking a 'quick' approach to debunking any false information.

Royal expert Richard Eden said that he was 'appalled' when he watched the trailer.

'It's everything I feared,' he remarked.

'The use of William and Catherine and the image and the way it’s presented, my goodness.'

'You see Meghan with her head in her hands and distraught and then it pans immediately to a stony-faced stern image of Catherine at Westminster Abbey at that Commonwealth Day service in 2019.'

'The timing of this trailer could hardly be worse.'

Poor Harry needs to claim his manhood back and kick that money grabbing, liar to the kerb. Pretty much everything that comes out of her mouth is bulls--t and it has all been proven to be a fabrication of the truth.
They gave up the right to have anything to do with being Royal so everyone should just treat them accordingly. It was proven way back when she came out and said she had NO IDEA who Harry was when her best friend said she had books on everything Royal when they were in school, and said she was going to marry a Prince and be a Queen, well she came a cropper when she found out poor old Harry was 6th in line thats when she changed tact to get herself into the limelight and started spewing anything and everything.
Just go away and get out of the limelight like you stated you wanted PRIVACY.

I hope the whole Netflix series is a big flop, though I doubt it.
People will watch, after all look how many people buy Woman's Day and New Idea even though they are full of made up crap and downright lies.
I won't be watching it, there's already too much absolute garbage on TV these days without watching this.

To talk about your family like that to the world, is absolutely disgusting, no wonder Megan's family do not speak to her, she appears to be self centered and wants all the attention in the world. I am sure she will feel that this will be her best performance to make her the most talked about person, well Megan, I hope they do and it is all criticism, to make over $125million doing this to a respected monarchy, what a sad woman, poor Harry would go along with anything for his family. God Help him.

She is estranged from her own family and has caused Harry to become estranged from his family - he is so under her thumb it is pitiful

I personally think the sussexes went too far taking off to another country leaving all the duties to his brother and wife then expecting to be treated like royalty when they don’t stand by the family
as for Harry being terrified? Terrified of what or who his family? This is the brave warrior that served in Afghanistan 🤷🏻‍♀️I can’t help feeling this is all about Megan’s jealousy shes use to being centre of attention that what she wants and she can’t have it so she doesn’t care what attention she gets so long as it’s all about her
she should have remained an actress she is much better suited to that (pardon the pun suited)
