Could someone please post a Potato or Vegetable Bake that is not loaded up with cream or cheese, but still has that creamy taste!!

I have never made one!!

But, I went out for dinner tonight and had some tonight (dare I say it was all I could do to keep it down) oozing in oil from cream and cheese

I line a dish with thinly sliced potato's
and just layer the dish with potato's, sprinkled grated cheese, bacon, onion,
small amount of cream.
I sometimes add others vegies & make it a vegie bake
I do around 3 or 4 layers & top of with cheese.
Bake on 180 until golden brown, approx. 30 to 40 minuets

You can substitute cream with evaporated milk ... the light & creamy tin.
