Pork Loin Storage/Cook Date
Good morning everyone, I have a question for those in the know, Butcher, Chef or someone who just knows the answer. My wife bought a 3kg pork loin yesterday 20/12/22 which is vacuum sealed I believe, this is for me to cook Christmas Eve, on the internet it says, if refrigerated cook within 3-5 days, But, on the packaging it has Best Before, 19th Jan 23, can someone explain the time period difference.
