Pork and apple curry

This dish is a delicious and easy to make curry. It’s packed full of flavour and is very hearty. The curry is made with a mixture of pork and apples and is cooked in a delicious curry sauce. This dish is usually served with a side of rice or naan bread.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
500g pork mince
1 apple, peeled and diced
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (400ml) can coconut milk
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
Method:
1. In a large fry pan, heat oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened.
3. Add minced pork and cook until browned.
4. Add apple, curry powder, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
5. Stir in coconut milk.
6. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
7. Stir in coriander and serve with a side of rice or naan bread.
