Political Trust
A man was walking beside a river when he heard a voice call out for help.
He looked over and saw a person he recognised as a politician apparently struggling against the current.
"Throw me a rope!" Called the politician.
Later in the day the man was in his local pub telling his mates that he had seen the politician in the river.
"What was he doing?" They asked.
"Trying to steal my bl**dy rope!"
