Pizza​

A little possible tip for that if you like to make their own pizza's from scratch.
Before you spread the tomato paste on the base, mix to taste a little bit
of Italian Salad Dressing you don't already doing it into the tomato paste?
I think, if you don't do it already you may be pleasantly surprised at the test.

I make lots of pizzas and always from scratch will have to try this. Roughly how much do you add.
Do you use store bought sauce or make your own ? Why I'm asking is because I my my own most of the time and I add vinegar to the sauce. I'm wondering if this is similar to what you do

My Family (Italian extraction) make our own Tomato Sauce each year from freshly picked Tomatoes. ALWAYS with home grown Basil and, occasionally, a little experiment with a few bottles of additional, Chilli, Capsicum or Celery. Do about 100 bottles annually.
