Photo ID Required​

As senior citizens and pensioners, Centrelink has our details.That is citizenship status, sex, address, banking details etc. Why then cannot we have our photo ID on the pension card or seniors card? Some pensioners will probably just rock up to the Dept of Transport to get an age ID, but that doesn’t sound good enough to me.

Should I have to produce any photo ID documents I do have 2 - my Passport which I keep updated, and my driver's licence. How many senior citizens have 2 photo ID's to produce when required to do so?

Thanks for this point, @norma_shell! If only pocket photo printers were a thing these days... Does anyone else have similar experiences?
