Pet Insurance

Pet insurance is one of those things - better to have it than not - if you can afford it !!
I have always insured my pets - 2 dogs - cost of premiums has sky rocketed.
My latest renewal came in at an extra $50 per month - $150 pm for ONE dog- I nearly fainted.
Keeping in mind that this particular dog is a Great Dane X - costs more, in so many ways.

So, off to CHOICE, I went - I have been a member for many years and have found this to be very valuable,
and has saved me a lot of money and many hours of research.

2 hours later, I finally found a comparable policy at just under $100pm and 2 months free!!
There are a couple of new underwriters in the market now, giving the 2 majors, a run for their money - nothing like competitors to bring down prices.

Now hubby says put the money in a bank account and save up - all well and good, however, it takes time to build up.

It only take one thing to go wrong, then off to the vet, and the $$$ add up.
All good now, for another year.
