Peach Sorbet (one ingredient)

I recently purchased a ninja creamy. It did cost me around $270 but it is really worth it. I can't recommend it highly enough. This machine is truly magic. You can make ice cream or sorbet in minutes ( excluding freezing time). There are so many healthy choices the list is endless.

All you need to do is pour a can of peach slices (juice included) into a Ninja CREAMi container, pop it in the freezer for at least 8 hours (making sure it's on a level surface), and then process in the Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker when you’re ready to devour.

Prep time 5 minutes

Ingredients (1)

  • 410g can peach slices in juice

See below for other variations

Method

Step 1
Pour the can of peach slices, including the juice, into the Ninja CREAMi container, making sure the peaches are fully submerged in the juice and everything sits below the Max Fill line. Secure the lid and place in the freezer on a level surface for 8 hours, or overnight, until firm.

Step 2
When ready to serve, take the container from the freezer and remove the lid. Place the container in the Ninja CREAMi outer bowl. Position the outer bowl in the Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker and turn until it locks into place. Push the Sorbet button and process for about 2 minutes, until completed. Turn the outer bowl to release it from the Ice Cream Maker. If the sorbet appears crumbly, return the outer bowl to the machine and select Re-Spin to process the mixture until smooth

Step 3
Serve your peach sorbet immediately. Watch our step-by-step video below to see how to make our 1-ingredient Ninja Creami peach sorbet recipe.

I also used Mango , mixed berries, mango with banana , mango with passionfruit with a little orange juice, and pineapple. My daughter also makes vanilla protein ice cream

I love frozen fruit ice cream or smoothies . I use my Vitamix and throw in frozen fruit . I always keep frozen fruit in my freezer and buy in bulk when the fruit is cheap like strawberries , mangoes, pineapple. Or use my own from the garden like passion fruit and raspberries . I sometimes add frozen coconut milk/cream , a few dates ,lemon etc . The list is endless . I don’t know what I would do without my Vitamix , it is about 15 yrs old . Also I make my own almond meal, oatmeal and peanutbutter .
Only to mention a few . It is really sticky weather here in the Glasshouse. . When I freeze my fruit , I do not have to wait to have frozen treats . It is done in minutes .
