Paypal impersonation

I had an email from [email protected]

An attached JPG file of text claiming to be from Paypal. It was asking me if I had spent $299 on Bitcoin. This scammer obviously has no PDF software. Obviously this person wants my Papal log in details.
Maybe I should phone them up with some bogus details.
